The Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and other government agencies are working in conjunction with airport companies to detect and stop the spread of the virus at Toyama Airport.
When coming to the airport, please observe and cooperate with the following.
【Notice from Immigration Services Agency of Japan】
From 13 February 2020, at 0:00 a.m.(JST), the following people are not permitted to enter Japan for the time being unless there are exceptional circumstances.
・Foreigners who have travelled to Hubei or Zhejiang Province in the People’s Republic of China within 14 days before arriving Japan.
・Foreigners who have Chinese passports issued by Hubei or Zhejiang Province in the People’s Republic of China
In addition, for foreign nationals who were taking the Westerdam from Hong Kong and have already disembarked, they are not allowed to enter Japan for the time being unless there are special circumstances.
【Travelers from China (Including Hong Kong and Macau) Entering Japan】
・Please notify Quarantine Officers if you have been in Hubei or Zhejiang Province in the last 14 days.
・Report to Quarantine officers when entering the country if you have a cough, fever or other symptoms, or if you are taking cough medicine or an antipyretic (fever reducing medicine).
・If you have developed the abovementioned symptoms after entering Japan and you have been in or traveled through Hubei or Zhejiang, before going to a medical clinic for a diagnosis, please notify the clinic that you have been to those provinces and wear a mask when you go. When you arrive, show your health declaration card and report your travel history (health declaration cards are distributed on board your aircraft).

【Preventing the Spread of Infection in the Airport】
・Airport staff are being encouraged to wear face masks to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
・The disinfection and cleaning of doorknobs and handrails in the passenger terminals (including on moving walkways and escalators) has been stepped up.
・We ask you to be conscientious about washing your hands, wearing a mask and covering your nose and mouth when you cough in order to prevent the spread of infection.
・We encourage you to use the disinfectant placed in various locations around the passenger terminals.
